Sirromet yet again provided us with a wine that neither of us had ever tried.

We both had the same reaction; not quite sure if we liked it 

The colour was light and crisp but the taste was a tad bitter. Our tongues seemed to only taste the  With saying that, I found that it did seem to soften as I emptied my glass
