At the age of 20, Nicola Di Bona has already created a foundation for sexual assault survivors, attended the National UN Youth delegation – and of course, she made it into the finals of the Miss Australia Pageants.
And as Nicola chats about her many accomplishments, Bildo & Lindalin sit back with their Sangiovese and reminisce about their wasted youth.

We were super excited to try this wine varietal as neither of us had before!
The colour surprised us as we were for some reason expecting a deep, dark red…not sure why
YUM 
Bildo thought it tasted like a “summer red” and I loved how light and easy it was to drink, for me almost like a Pinot Noir.
FUN FACT: “Sangiovese” name doesn’t relate to a saint named “San Giovese.” It’s origin is unknown, but it may derive from “Sangue di Giove” that means “Jupiter’s blood!”
