It’s been a while since we featured a Sauv Blanc. We were both very excited to be sipping on one again
Bildo’s first sip took her back to memories of her grandpa and elderflower
Seems like either her tastebuds are off or the label is wrong 
as there was no elderflower notes in this wine 
My reaction was quite simple, I thought it was top notch
FUN FACT: Sauvignon Blanc requires lots of hands on vineyard work to keep the vigorous vine from growing out of control. Sauvignon Blanc in French means “wild white”
